Can that be guaranteed?
No, sadly reversal cannot be guaranteed.
But, even if you are not able to fully reverse your Type 2 Diabetes, you can learn to effectively manage it with the view to it not getting worse. In many cases, following a programme of lifestyle and dietary improvement often results in an overall improvement in health and wellbeing. So whilst reversal is never promised, your blood sugar levels and Type 2 Diabetes symptoms can be improved, your risk of developing other illnesses is reduced, and you can experience a better overall quality of life
Is it an easy process?
Honestly?
For most people no, but it is far from an impossible or tedious process. In fact, as you embark on the journey towards reversal, you will generally feel so much better that you will embrace your healthier habits as a new way of life.
